Qī shí liù nán 論 補 瀉 之 法 與 步 驟 steps and rules of supplementing and depleting Lùn bǔ xiè zhī fǎ yǔ bùzhòu 七 十 六 難 曰 :76th difficulty says Qī sh íliù nán yuē: 何 謂 補 瀉 ?how to supplement and deplete? Hé wèi bǔ xiè 當 補 之 時 ,in the moment of supplementing Dāng bǔ zhī shí 何 所 取 氣 ?how to hold qi Hé suǒ qǔ qì 當 瀉 之時 ,during the moment of depleting Dāng xiè zhī shí 何 所 置 氣 ? how to release qi Hé suǒ zhì qì? 然 :explanation Rán: 當 補 之 時 ,in the moment of repletion Dāng bǔ zhī shí 從 衛 取 氣 ;follow wei to hold qi Cóng wèi qǔ qì 當 瀉 之 時 ,in the moment of sedation Dāng xiè zhī shí 從 榮 置 氣 。follow rong to release qi Cóng róng zhì qì. 其 陽 氣 不 足 ,if the yang qi is not sufficient Qí yáng qì bù zú 陰 氣 有 餘 , yin qi has surplus Yīn qì yǒu yú 當 先 補 其 陽 ,so first yang should be repleted Dāng xiān bǔ qí yang 而 後瀉 其 陰 ; and afterwards yin should be depleted Ér hòu xiè qí yīn 陰 氣 不 足 , when yin is not sufficient Yīn qì bùzú 陽 氣 有 餘 , yang qi has surplus Yáng qì yǒu yú 當 先 補 其 陰 , provide first treatment to replete yin Dāng xiān bǔ qí yīn 而 後 瀉 其陽 。 and afterwards deplete yang Ér hòu xiè qí yáng 榮 衛 通 行 ,rong and wei are connected in their movement Róng wèi tong xíng 此 其 要 也 。this is importance Cǐ qí yào yě |
