Different Qi, different treatment

Here is the one of the most important statement of acupuncture theory and treatment mentioned in Nan-Jing, 難經, classic of difficult issues and shown by pulse
一 難 論 first difficulty explains
寸 口 脈 cunkou pulsations
與 gives
經 脈 meridian pulsations
榮 zhong and 
衛 wei chi 
度 數 exactly same amount of times
For more then two thousand years practitioners know about circulation of 榮 zhong and 衛 wei chi, but how it was used in acupuncture? Most of practitioners treat both Qi as one. Pulse indicates the contrary. 榮 zhong and 衛 wei dominate yin and yang meridians and tissues around them separately. When 榮 zhong circulates on the right arm and left leg for 14,4 minutes, 衛 wei dominates left arm and right leg for a same time. 榮 zhong pulse shows on one side, and 衛 wei on another at the three cun or san cun 三 寸 place.
Acupuncture treatment should be applied accordingly for 榮 zhong on it's side to treat disease of meridians shown in the pulse, for 衛 wei on the wei side to treat disease shown in symptoms.
