陰气午逆陽 Yin Qi rebels against the Yang Qi at Noon

Olderst Chinese analitical dictionary Shuowen Jiezi 說文解字 explains
one of most important basics of archaic acupuncture 午：noon 啎也。rebellion 五月，fifth month (of ancient Chinese 10 month's calendar) 陰气午 yin qi at noon 逆陽。rebels against the yang qi 冒地而出。It is emitted by earth and rises 此予矢同意。with intention similar to arrow This rebellion of yin qi against the yang qi with intention similar to arrow to destroy the opponent is known as yin and yang victory 陰乘陽乘 described also in third difficult issue of Nanjing. This rule was used from the very origins of acupuncture practice, when needle's manipulation was almost impossible and there were no stimulation or sedation, but most powerful force of solar system known as Qi breath was employed instead. Qi breath is created by rotation of the earth inside of solar wind, it creates inhale and exhale, known as yang and yin. Each of them occupy particular time of the day known as yin or yang victory, it is yin or yang celestial qi influencing any function of any alive organism, even five movements WuXing: 五：five 五行也。five movements 从二， from 2 (sum of 3 yang number and 2 yin number) 陰陽 yin and yang 在天地 on the sky and the earth 閒交午也。separate and unite them at noon. (Shuowen Jiezi 說文解字) To use this powerful force of universe, ancient and modern practitioners of archaic acupuncture use as guidance pulse changes explained in third difficult issue of Nanjing.
